Villa Visconti

Information

Directly next to the castle in the upper main street, the building was completed in 2002.

Designed by the architects Prof. Jo Frowein and Dieter Schäffer and artistically rounded off by Jürgen Goertz, this "house of heads" enriches the Bietigheim landscape as an important part of the overall design of the Hillerplatz created by Jürgen Goertz.

Named after the Milanese Countess Antonia Visconti (ca. 1360 - 1405), who was the wife of Count Eberhard the Milden of Württemberg was significantly involved in the development of Bietigheim.
